We’re looking for professionals who:
Have 3+ years of experience in HRBP or core HR roles
Are confident working on org design, performance systems, and team planning
Speak fluent English, Hindi, and Malayalam
Have their own laptop, stable internet, and a quiet, professional workspace
Are available for full-time work, Monday to Saturday (business hours)
Take initiative, communicate clearly, and take pride in delivering real outcomes
Guide founders on org design, performance, and team structure
Lead strategy sessions that shift how leadership operates
Implement hiring, onboarding, appraisal, and compliance systems
Coach managers on feedback, accountability, and people issues
Track outcomes using real business metrics
Coordinate with our internal team to ensure consistent delivery
An internal HR or back-office position.

Focused on payroll, attendance, or compliance admin.
For those who prefer executing instructions without taking the lead.
A fully-remote role with limited visibility or context.

Consulting. This is a client-facing HR Business Partner role. You’ll manage multiple client accounts as their trusted advisor.
No. You’ll be assigned to ongoing 11x Company client projects.
No. It’s hybrid. You’ll need to be based in either Cochin or Mumbai and able to meet clients in person when needed.
Yes. Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
